We produce prototypes, spare parts, samples and products by thermal or chemical treatment of virtual objects we designed in 3D with our 3D printer from materials such as polymer, composite, resin.
Raw materials are thermoplastic raw materials used for modeling of 3D printers called “filaments”. There are many types of filaments with different properties that need to be worked with different temperatures. Filament quality and specifications directly affect the print quality. There are two different diameters of filaments: 1.75mm and 2.85mm / 3mm.
Filament Types and Properties
PLA (Polyacrylic Acid)
ABS (Acrylonitrile Budadiene Styrene)
PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-Modified)
Flexible (Flex)
TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane)
Special Filaments
ABS, PLA, PETG, Flex and TPU type filaments are used for home 3D printing processes.
Special filaments are used for different purposes in different industries.
Special filaments include copper, carbon fiber, water soluble, metal, phosphorous, PVA, polycarbonate filaments.
